Every order is packed by hand in Lagos and shipped with tracked delivery.

1. Where we deliver — Worldwide. Within Nigeria we deliver door-to-door nationwide; internationally we ship via DHL and trusted courier partners.

2. Costs — Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in the banner at the top of the site ship free.

3. How long it takes — Lagos and environs typically arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch. The rest of Nigeria typically takes 2–5 working days. The UK and international orders typically take 5–10 working days with DHL. Made-to-order pieces need additional making time, noted on the product page.

4. Tracking — As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

5. Customs and duties — International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your country and are your responsibility; they are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

6. Something wrong? — If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier for you.
