1. About these terms — These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with FOTVIBES. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have by law as a consumer, including under Nigerian consumer-protection law and, for UK customers, UK consumer law.

2. Products — Every piece is made or curated in small runs. We work hard to show colours, fabrics and cuts accurately, but screens differ and handmade pieces vary slightly — that variation is part of what makes them ours. Sizing guidance is provided on each product page; if you are between sizes, message us before ordering.

3. Prices and currency — Our prices are set in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for your convenience; the charge is made in NGN and your bank or card provider sets the final exchange rate and any fees. Prices can change at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

4. Orders and payment — Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm it by email after successful payment. Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Paystack. We never see your card details. If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the order is not accepted. In the rare case of a pricing error on the site, we may cancel and refund an affected order before dispatch.

5. Delivery — We dispatch from Lagos and deliver worldwide. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and described on our Shipping page. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

6. Returns — Our returns policy is set out on the Returns page and forms part of these terms.

7. Your account — You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Let us know immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.

8. Our content — The FOTVIBES name, photography, designs and website content belong to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share our content with credit, but it may not be used commercially without our written permission.

9. Our liability — We are responsible for genuine losses caused by our own breach of these terms, up to the value of the order concerned. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays and customs processing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you shop with us from the UK or elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
